Our Programs Have One Focus: Ending Childhood Hunger in Livingston Parish
Mighty Moms provides weekend meals and snacks to children who may not always have food at home. However, our mission doesn’t stop there. We also teach them how to prepare easy meals themselves.
As children grow, our programs grow with them, feeding both their minds and tummies.
Feeding Young Minds
Feeding Young Minds is a new program that provides monthly family meal kit boxes that feed the minds, bodies, and family culture of food-insecure children in Livingston Parish.
Full Tummy Program
The Full Tummy program feeds hungry kids in Livingston Parish public schools by sending home meals and snacks for times when meals are not provided at school.
To be able to see hands-on what this organization has done and will continue to do for families in Livingston Parish truly is a blessing to me. I am honored to be just a small part of what is truly a team effort for many community-minded citizens.
